French label and platform Murailles Music shares the first episode in a new series of music documentaries highlighting the unique methodologies of artists on their roster

ECHOS is a new series of films by Murailles Music – a record label that started life in 2004 as a non-profit touring agency for French and international artists – that allows its affiliated artists to explain their work by their own actions within personal settings, aiming to give audiences a unique gauge of the selected artists' commitment to music.

Each of the 12 films focus on a different musician, among them guitarist, vocalist and The Wire 405 cover star Eric Chenaux, percussionist and composer Alexis Degrenier, singer and composer Eloïse Decazes, multidisciplinary artist Sourdure, and more. The first in the series follows French musician L'Ocelle Mare, who shares moments from his daily life, performs, describes frustrating aspects of his practice as well as his evolving relationship with his instruments.

Further editions of ECHOS will be shared by Murailles Music via YouTube each month.
